I found out that I'm pregnant

I have a really weird relationship with my mom so I am unsure how she will react. I have had sex with my boyfriend over a month now and I was due to start my period a week ago however I hadn't and my periods are always on time. I took a test and I found out that I'm pregnant.
I am really worried that not only my mom will find out but my friends too. My boyfriend said that he will stand by me no matter what choice I make, but I am unsure what to do as this is the second time it's happened.
