I had unprotected sex and I didn't get my period

Hi I'm 16 year old and I need some help and advice from you guys because I don't know what to do.
A couple of months ago me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and I didn't get my period when I was supposed to get it. I was just spotting a little bit and I still haven't got my period yet.
I already did 3 home pregnancy test but they all keep coming back negative.
I have been having some symptoms like cravings, I feel bloated, my boobs hurt, and I am going to the bathroom a lot, and eating more than usual. I am also sleeping a lot, and have some white discharge so I don't what to do. I don't want to tell my parents until I know for sure what's going on. Do you guys think that I could be pregnant or not? Please give me some advice.

If you have had unprotected sex there is always a chance that you could be pregnant. However a pregnancy test usually shows up a day or two after a missed period with most women. Sometimes your doctor will send off a blood test which is more sensitive than a urine test and will give you a definite result. Otherwise it is just a matter of waiting a bit longer and doing another pregnancy test if you haven't had a period.for support around unprotected sex.
