15 and pregnant

I met my boyfriend, about 4 months ago now, I'm 15 and I feel I'm very mature for my age.
I have been through probably what no other 15 year old could imagine. As soon as I met my boyfriend we had an instant click, and ever since then we've been having unprotected sex.
I found out a few days ago I now have a life inside of me, at first I cried and wondered about my future, my boyfriend's, and my baby's.
I don't know what to do, my boyfriend is 19, and so supportive and treats me with so much respect. He talks about our future together and a family, but am I really that stupid to believe something like this could last forever?

You are still very young and you will need a good support network around you if you are going to continue the pregnancy. It's hard to know if your relationship will last as it is still relatively new, so you probably need to make your decision about the pregnancy based on all your support and not just your boyfriend.
