I'm 14 and had sex with a boy on holiday

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I went on holiday a couple of weeks ago. I met this boy he was 18 and we had sex and I have started feeling really sick in the morning and my feet are swollen.
I keep feeling really dizzy and needing a wee. I'm really scared because this boy lives so far away and I'm so scared I can't tell anyone coz I'm worried everyone will hate me for doing it at 14. I love my mum so much and I tell her everything but I don't think I could tell her this help!

It sounds as though you are panicking about the possibility of being pregnant. I think that if this happened 2 weeks ago you would be unlikely to be getting a lot of symptoms yet. The first thing you need to do is have a pregnancy test to check whether you could be pregnant. You can get a test done at a pregnancy centre.
