The baby only grew 6 weeks and at 8 weeks I had no symptoms of miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant about a month ago and told only family and close friends. My husband and I were very excited as this is our third pregnancy. We have two little boys.

I was waiting for my first ultrasound at 8 weeks to make sure that everything was going well and make an announcement, but I was shocked to find out that the baby was not alive!

Other experiences of miscarriage at 6 weeks.

I was alone with the technician and she had already called the dr in and I broke down right there. I could not contain my shock/worry/concern/sadness/confusion all at once!

The baby only grew 6 weeks and there I was 8 weeks already and no symptoms of miscarriage, no bleeding no cramps at all.

The dr said I could get a d & c or wait and let my body expel it on its own, so I decided to wait.

It's been 2 weeks already since my ultrasound and I am barely starting to see some spotting and minor bleeding. No strong pains yet, just a sore lower back. I am really scared of having strong symptoms soon, as I stay home with my boys while my husband travels for work.

I am grieving the unexpected loss of this baby as I am waiting for nature to take its course :(
