Please help me! I'm only 13 please don't judge me but we had sex and he was my first. He popped my cherry I know this because I started bleeding, we didn't use protection he didn't cum inside me he pulled out before he did. Sad thing is we didn't know about pre-cum we found out about it the next day. We had sex Sunday the 9th at about 4-5 o'clock in the morning. Later on that day we went to the mall and about 2-2:15 in the afternoon I started my period. Does that mean I'm not pregnant? I'm very scared, could I be pregnant it's only been a day since we did so is there a way to prevent it? Please help I'm just a 13 year old girl I don't want to be pregnant. I'm too scared to tell my mom! Please just help!!

If you get medical help from your GP, a young person's clinic, or your local pharmacy, you can get emergency contraception up to 5 days after unprotected sex. There is a hormonal pill or an intrauterine device that work as emergency contraception. You may want to find out how these methods work and if you are happy with that method. After 5 days emergency contraception does not work because implantation will have already taken place. I hope this helps, but the important thing is to get medical help.
