This story has not been posted but complained of serious professional misconduct again an abortion clinic

Thank you for posting your experience which sounded very distressing and has obviously had serious longterm effects on your life and health. Every organisation should have a robust complaints policy in place, and I think it is unacceptable to absolve themselves of responsibility for procedures that take place within their organisation. I would encourage you to make sure you get a satisfactory answer from the Care Quality Commission.
